Poor energy monitor
App reports very inaccurate kwh usage. Like 1/2 of what is uses in real time per month
Terrible Software for a Tech Company
The TV constantly signs you out and it is not easy to sign in just so you can update your apps. We own two LG TV's, an LG Refrigerator, an LG washer and dryer, and the app/software is the weak link. They honestly should honestly fire the entire software department and start over. I have $10k worth of their products but I'm looking for a better company. Avoid the software, love the hardware.
Never connects
It never connects properly to my WiFi so I can never use the delay feature. I’ve reprogrammed it so many times and still won’t work.
So frustrating!
First of all, the app is not very intuitive. But I can deal with that as I’ve learned its idiosyncrasies. But now, LG has a silly cartoon character that is blocking my ability to access one of my appliances on my home page. Guys, just keep it simple and allow us to easily use your app. Get rid of the cartoon characters!
Recent TV update broke per
Since recent ui update to the TV remote the power button hasn’t worked. Prior release it was spotty to turn power-on but always worked for power-off, now the power button in the app is useless!for either case. Two different iPhones (mine and spouse) same issue, only change is app.
WiFi error
The most recent version indicates that my washer is offline, but the WiFi icon on the washer is on and steady, and I’m receiving current notifications. 🤷🏼♂️
Setting time for the night view is faulty
Unable to set the time for the night view. It changes to the random time.
