The Partner App Should be better labeled in the App Store
I downloaded what I thought was the service App but it was really the partner app. I tried setting up a service account and it said email already existed so I tried logging in with the partner credentials and it couldn’t find my email. These apps and their listings in the App Store were obviously not designed with the user in mind.

Recently had my credit card stolen and had to dispute a bunch of charges one of which I didn’t realize was the laundry on demand charge. The owner contacted me asking why my card had come up fraudulent and I told him what it happened and he insisted that I sent him a copy of my ID, which I refused! I did though go ahead and update my card information inside the app and send him a picture of the back of the card and the front of the card with the first 12 numbers marked out to verify that it was my card and he threatened to call law-enforcement! This guy was offered payment he refused to take it seems like there’s some ulterior motive going on here!
