Works great
I've no issues with the app or the device. I've shared access with my famil: one family member who lives in Japan and another on the US coast opposite to where I live. Both can connect, play with our cats and talk to us anytime they like.

Probably due to their new devices (pet collar tracker, pet play mate, etc) they are slowly improving the app. Obviously starting with the new name and design. I can immediately tell it was on THEIR END all along that I could never get stable video streaming, etc. .... because I can all of a sudden with the new app get greatly improved connectivity. These past 3 years was NEVER due to my wifi. Have brand new modem, routers, and high speed, all up to date. I had given up checking the app/Ebo because it was so upsetting how such an expensive robot was useless. But now it looks like they're back on board on the right track. PLEASE CONTINUE IMPROVING.

I try to signed up as US user, but it will fail again and again show connection error. I am pretty sure my phone has internet. After I changed my location to China and use email it finally works. The robot connection with app is super unstable, you need to guess where the robot is heading.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This thing literally logs me out every few weeks. So I’m on a trip and cannot access my video for my pets. So it’s just a useless electric sucker.

Wifi, choppy, lagging issues. You could hear Ebo SE moving as you maneuver it within app but the screen is frozen. Seems like the issue is strictly for the app related Enabot team in converting all the Ebo device data into an app intelligible interface format. For almost a year it would not connect to 5.0, I gave up, finally yesterday I tried again and finally worked after an hour of adding/unbinding/deleting/etc. When it works it's A- however with all these app issues that come and go constantly over the years it brings it down to a C-

It keeps randomly deleting your accounts and kicking you out!!! I’m traveling and can’t see my pets because it says I don’t have account. Wth?!! What’s wrong with you! Almost $100 for this junk!
