Using Atomi App for Atomi Space Heater: The red/yellow circle keeps spinning even when the heater has reached the set Eco Temperature and is OFF. Can you please update the app so the red/yellow circle ‘stops spinning’ when the heater is off but stays colorful because the control is still on to depict that this Off is Outside of the ‘scheduled’ setting.

Exterior lights used to work flawlessly on an Alexa Routine. Recent updates seem to require my phone (by extension the Atomi app) to be on Bluetooth and/or Wireless network in order for the command to process. I can still turn on the lights through the app but who wants to do that manually every evening? My advice: don’t bother with these products. If they don’t work for the user you’re just wasting your money.

Atomi support : recently upgraded my router from 2.4 and 5.0 to a WiFi 6. I seem to be having some issues connecting my Patio lights (Atomi smart) to the WiFi. You recommend temporarily disabling WiFi 6.802.11ax mode. Question: Is there a software solution from Atomi to enable your patio lights to connect to a WiFi 6 router? Another question: Your solution suggestion above is only a temporarily disabling the WiFi 6/802.11ax is only temporary and I would be able to enable WiFi 6/802.11ax after the patio lights have synchronized with the WiFi network.
