The Apartment Assistant app is a safe and convenient way to pay your rent and/or utilities if you live in a Connor Group managed apartment. With this app you can pay by check, credit card or debit card quickly and easily right from your phone. It is easy-to-use and offers a simple design which allows you to check your balance, recent transactions and make payments. You can even store your payment history for future transactions, or sign up for auto pay.
No receipt breakdown
Needs itemized receipt and app seems like it intentionally is made to not show you a bill breakdown. I’ll have to go into the office a get it printed instead.
Can I give ZERO stars?
Just moved into my apartment so this the first month to use the app. FYI - customer service is NOT 24/7. 9-5:30 EST. Second, app keeps crashing. When it does pull up, won’t recognize my login information. Just ridiculous! How are we suppose to be on time with an app like this?

This app doesn’t really have auto pay, it has “scheduled” pay. That means it your charges change at all it will charge whatever is set. This also means you cannot auto pay two charges, if your apartment charges utilities separately On top of this is a charge is made for a bill that is smaller than the scheduled amount it will just go through and charge the larger amount. If you catch it after the charge goes through and try to correct it the app errors out as you can’t: Cancel auto pay without canceling the scheduled charge (that just went through) You can’t cancel the bank because the auto pay If your apartment uses this service they are cutting corners and you should run
Feature add ons
Please add a feature to split rent more than just 50/50. I pay rent 60/40. Also allow pictures to be uploaded when making service requests
Terrible app
I set up an autopay and it failed to process the payment on time. 4 days later I found out the payment failed, they charged me $160 late fee and didn’t notify me. I reverted back to manually submitting payments through the app but I have to re-enter banking details every month. So stupid!!! If I could give this app and the Connor group that owns it a negative rating I would!!
Awful app
This app is terrible. Plus you get charged over $40 extra every time you submit a payment. There also are 0 descriptions for any of the charges or anything.
Constant Issues
This is a horrible app. It always freezes or won’t load all the way. I have to delete it and reload it anytime I need to use it.
