Kept charging me randomly years later after I stopped using the app. Watch your charges on your Credit Card! I stopped using this app in 2021 and they randomly without permission charged my credit card twice this year even after I called them and they said they removed my credit card from their system. Clearly they lied. I did give 2 stars because the idea of the program has helped a lot of people it just did not help me which is why I canceled. Otherwise, I would have only given one star

The big improvements this app needs, is the following: At the end of your workout when you enter in the weight that you did, there needs to be space to add in the weight for each set since not all sets are at the same intensity level The app needs to be able to take the weight data entered at the end of each workout and predict/suggest the weight for the next phase of the workout based on the previous phase’s data. If you don’t write down the workouts and weight used each time, it would be a guessing game for the next workout that has the same exercises. I appreciate that I don’t have to come up with my own workout, but the data entered should be used to tailor the next phase or the next week for that matter. It’s so close to being perfect, but this is a major missed opportunity

I didn’t find this app helpful, so I deactivated my account. The information on their website is misleading, so be careful if you try to delete your account. They could still be charging you without your consent. They charged me 4 times even after I followed the instructions on the website. The website has many typos and is unorganized. Also, customer service won’t let you talk to a human. They only communicate via email.

I downloaded this app and had really high hopes. I’ve used it for almost a week and when I went to do my meal plans and grocery shopping, I couldn’t get everything to work properly in the app. My meal plans wouldn’t add to my grocery list like they were supposed to and when I tried to change my meal plans that I couldn’t change the meals in the search that I was looking for. It’s kind of difficult to use for someone who hasn’t ever used it. I went back to my old app that I’ve been using for years. if this one has bug fixes, then maybe I’ll give it a try again later.
