This is a bad app. It’s basic, difficult to use, hard to understand, frustrating. It doesn’t work properly. The photo portion doesn’t work unless you give it permission to all your photos. It needs to be totally reworked

Day one - finding my way around Day two - won’t load past the picture. Can’t use. Day three - still can’t get past the picture. I tried deleting and reinstalling app, but it didn’t help. It’s turned my motivation into discouragement. Still can’t use.

I joined today. Downloaded the app, and it’s stuck on the rock photo. I can’t access anything. I wished I read these reviews about the app before I signed up through my insurance. I will be contacting my insurance to cancel this program and try another that’s offered.

The app won’t launch on my iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 17. When I log into my account the screen transitions to a background. The rest of the app never loads.

The app never loads past the welcome/login screen, at least I assume that’s what the screen is but there are never any words or anything to indicate functionality. I am supposed to use this app for an employee sponsored health program and all I see is a rock 😭
