I have paid the yearly subscription TWICE in the past couple of weeks, but it it not letting me access content. And I have no recourse to let anyone know. $100 down the drain. Update - I found the email address and contacted the developers. After several emails, they were able to work their magic and now I have access. They also made sure that I only paid once. Thank you!

I have been using the app for months now and love the content. What I don’t like is that is won’t load the playlist and it crashes when I try to see the playlist. I’ve been in touch with support and I have loaded the most recent version but it continues to crash on me every time! I hope this is fixed soon.
