Not for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Users
I would really like to enjoy this app and was excited to try the Nervous System Reset after seeing it advertised on Instagram. I downloaded the app, signed up for the free trial, and started the program, only to find that the developers are apparently unaware that Deaf and hard of hearing people exist because NONE of the content has closed captions. It's really a shame Apple allows apps with video and audio content to launch on their store without closed captions. Until Open adds closed captions, if you're Deaf, hard of hearing, or need captions for any other reason, try Headspace or Ten Percent Happier, both of which bothered to include us in their content.

I Absolute Love & Recommend Open
I absolutely love open. I use it for my daily meditation and breath work practice and the occasional yoga class. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to integrate mindfulness and self care into your daily routine. They have diverse practitioners and various types of classes.

Why are u changing the user design all the time!
It’s a great app but every 2 to 3 month, they change the UX design, they moved to stud all around. I have Adhd, it is not friendly for us. It is hard to navigate. Also, I can’t see how many days in a row of I meditate or breath-work.

I have never once left a review for an app. This is my favorite app ever. I tell everyone about it, even my clients. And I make the almost 2 hour drive to the in person classes in Venice whenever I can. Best part of my day and favorite thing on my phone. 🫶🏼
