I have used & loved this pp for years. Suddenly, the iPad version is malfunctioning on many of the meditations. Today was the last straw. It will not play the mediation selected by you for the day. HELP

The recent (mandatory) app upgrade deleted my entire profile information, meditation history and charged me another yearly subscription…and I’m still waiting to hear back from the support team. This happened New Years Day, so as I was prepping for my morning meditation and it wouldn’t let me continue without the upgrade and paying again. Anyways, I don’t enjoy leaving poor reviews, but I feel it’s the only way to get this resolved. Hopefully, no one else has experienced this…it’s disappointing, since I expected more from this platform. Update: I still don’t have access to my paid subscription. I’ve sent emails and still nothing…

I keep having to delete and reload the app . Now it is saying I have to unlock to use when I have a paid subscription. Very frustrating especially if you are hoping to use it to fall asleep or even meditate.

I have had ongoing issues with this app. I either get locked out or the content does not load at all. it is very disappointing. When that happens you lose your history your favorites. When you contact Customer Support, they take several days to fix any issue and generally I’ve still lost my content and the total amount of days I’ve been meditating. So disappointed because the content on this app is amazing. Please hire someone externally to create a permanent solution instead of the temporary fixes, which break down two days later.
