Only for those with high speed internet
Other apps with videos can adjust to lower res videos so you can use the app in more rural areas with poorer connection speeds. This one does not nor does it have text based versions of videos. So for me, this app is not usable. Science behind it is likely good but not helpful in unusable. Really should have text based info available in addition to videos for accessibility. It would also be nice if the suggestions had more disabilty friendly options, not so helpful for me, but that’s a common problem with this type of app.

Live? Where are the live videos
I really love this app! It is amazing and so helpful. But I do have a question about the live videos everyone talks about. How do I access those?? All I see are the prerecorded ones. I would really benefit from those. Thanks so much for this resource. Even without the live which I'll learn about, I love it!
