Ok app, but just removed a bunch of necessary features from the free version
I like the app but the recent update removed many features that were and should be standard. Including add a new person exercise, which you need since it doesn’t even include a Sumo Squat as an exercise in its exercise list. I won’t be using it once I finish this program. I understand having to pay for features but I’ve been using the app for years and removing features without warning is just uncool.
Great app, very customizable
I’ve been using this app consistently for a few years. It is easily customizable. I use a template (PHUL) and customize it with my own accessories and adjusted scheduling. I use the “pinned notes” on each exercise to list form cues. The app is simple to use at the gym. I keep my phone in an arm band and don’t have to fuss with it much, just tap in my reps and move on. I utilize the rest time cues. It keeps me focused during my workouts, and keeps me on track with progression in reps, weight or both. This app has been a great tool to continue progressing in my training.

White screen of death
Worked great for 6 months then I reset my workout and boom, white screen of death. Lost all my data! I’ve reinstalled, deleted app data, nothing works. Super bummed. Wish developer would come back and fix it.
