I don’t understand the negative reviews. It was a quick download and then simply scanned my medication and the refill was placed. Talk about easy! I Love this App!

It used to work flawlessly but now nothing happens when I try to log in. However, if I go to scan my prescription it asks me to enter my RX number and store. I am then able to submit my refill request.

I like the fact the app exists, but the UX needs some work. Refilling more than one prescription at a time is more awkward than it needs to be and there’s nowhere to find what refill requests you have pending and their status.
