Poor decision
Ever since they discontinued this app I can’t connect my toothbrush charging base to Alexa or Bluetooth stupid decision on P&G end what’s the point of having this product if it can’t keep up to it’s purpose?. Highly disappointed.

Honestly, can’t you just give me a Bluetooth connection without trying to capture my personal information? Don’t need personal information for me to connect to a toothbrush. Do not give these people your personal information. Why in the world would they need your location?!!! They must be up to no good. We will not sign up and sign in. Avoid Oral-B toothbrushes from now on.

This reminder apparently is now based on calendar days. It used to be based on minutes used which I feel is a much better indicator of wear. The calendar period may be too short for those who brush once a day. It may be too long for those who brush multiple times per day and/or for longer than 2 minutes. Also update your update history please. I have gotten several update more recent than what is shown here.

The app is not an effective app and it’s feedback is useless and child like. Also The pressure sensor must be broken because even if I brush with no pressure it still indicates I’m using to much force.
