Some characters refuse to scan no matter how many times I try. There also needs to be a way to save your progress to an account and to link to other devices. If you delete the app you have to start all over again

I’m an adult and I used to use this app all the time because I found it helpful to stop me from brushing for too long. Now there’s no sound in the app, without the music I can’t hear when it’s time to brush the next section of my teeth. I’ve already tried deleting the app and reinstalling and that made no difference

I love this app, but scanning doesn’t work. I have tried so many times to scan images on Oral-B branded toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the app always tells me it doesn’t recognise. It drives me insane.
