Never thought I’d use my HSA money to buy a video game 🤭🙌 yet here I am! I love video games - be it Xbox type or on my phone so I couldn’t ask for a better tool to help me get my pelvic health back in order. I actually WANT to do this exercise.

I have been using for a couple of months now. The product is easy to use, and gives results. The games are fun and engaging enough to keep my interest for multiple days a week usage. My favorite games are the competitions! I have noticed increased strength in my pelvic floor muscles, no more stress leaks, and better control of my pelvic muscles. So glad I purchased this. I use it 4 days a week, 15 minutes at a time.

Hade väldigt svårt att ens känna mina muskler och mitt knip. Fick tips av min fysioterapeut om Perifit. Den hjälpte mig att hitta rätt knipmuskler. Spelen gjorde det lite roligare även om de var svårt i början. Närmast frustrerande! Har nu köpt + för att kunna sitta och senare även stå när jag gör min träning. Ta träningen till en lite svårare nivå. Jag har alla typer av inkontinens.

I find the results to be unbelievable! I am currently going to Physical Therapy for night dampness. Five days ago I started using Perifit. Starting third night I only got up one time during the night and dry in the mornings. I find it simply amazing. Get one today!!!! Oh yes, I enjoy the game part too.

Honestly, as a person with ADHD, it can be really hard to be motivated to do boring exercises like kegels. I’m also a mom who had four births in five years, so I reeeaaalllyyyy needed to do my pelvic floor exercises. I highly recommend the Perifit. Just bought my perifit and it is AMAZING. It’s challenging and I love the different games with different exercises. I also love that they show you your progress because that gelps you stay motivated to keep going. Also it is exciting to get to know your muscles down there more so you can be more in touch with your own body. Excited to see th results as I have done the exercises for longer. This has most certainly made kegel excersises SO much fun!
