I love this meal plan. I have the pdf version from before it was an app thank god. I lost 14 pounds in the 30 day slim down. The recipes are delicious. However, when I tried to use the app it was horrible and so NOT user friendly. You have to complete modules to get to a recipe, which is soooo annoying when you’re strapped for time or want to hop around. Please fix this!!!!

I have finally found something that works for me!!! Nancy makes it so easy to follow and literally spells it all out for you. I lost 11 lbs my first 30 day challenge. The plan was so simple to follow that I’m continuing on to see more results. If you’re serious about making sustainable changes and seeing results, the $20 subscription is SO worth it.

If you’re ready to take back your health feel good in your own skin this is a great place to start. I love that it’s all laid out for you and easy to follow. The preset meals with the calendar takes a lot of the stress out of the day to day planning and prepping. I’m definitely doing another month as I feel I’m just getting started!

This app is so great- very easy to use and lots of awesome programs to choose from. Nancy knows how to get results. I chose the 30 Day Slim Down and it was very easy to follow. The recipes were great, and Nancy and her team are very helpful and responsive. I completed one round and I’m about to start another. I’m hooked!
