The best fitness app for women!
I’ve tried a lot of different fitness apps, and Mamele has it all! They are always adding new programs and features and I can do everything from just the one app! I can get my macros calculate, log and track recipes, do my guided workout every day, and interact with so many likeminded women. My favorite part has been the back from baby program to help me after having kids. This community has changed my life and I’m forever thankful!! 🙏🏼

MAMELE is incredible. The app is easy to use. There are many incredible features - Macro tracker, Community tab, and Progress records are some of my favorites. She creates a variety of programs, so people with all kinds of fitness goals can utilize it. Then there are the 4 extra Challenges a year that promote positive mindsets, provide meal plans, give extra challenges per week, and an in person workout at the end! The app and Andrea herself have helped me in so many ways. Definitely worth every penny (and let’s be honest, it is an incredibly affordable price for everything you get).

This App has been the perfect set up for me. I have three little kids and making it to the gym is not very easy when I have such little time in the mornings. This app has so many options of workouts to choose from and the set up is very motivating. They have lots of adaptations to make it easier or harder for you. A great App for you fitness goals.

My journey to a healthier lifestyle took a turn for the better when I joined the Mamele’s program. I have tried so many things in the past and always failed. It was mainly my fault, and the apps I was using didn’t help me much. I love this app! Nothing in there makes feel guilty or ashamed for the extra pounds, or lack or low fitness level. Instead it helps you to be in the right mindset. Andrea’s and her team’s vision to help others to succeed is amazing and it shows in the app content. I love the meal planning section, the workouts are great and doable for all kind of fitness levels, but my favorite parts are how present is Andrea and the great community she’s created. I definitely recommend this app. You’ll have in the palm of your hand amazing tools for a healthy lifestyle.
