Love so much!
I love this app so much! Meg and the team are top notch - the workouts are so good and so fun! I feel stronger and accomplished and capable. If you’re in the fence, just download the app and jump in! The ONLY thing I’d love to see differently is the ability to cast High to chrome cast or other TV. The weekly workouts cast effortlessly but for some reason, the streaming exercises can’t be cast to a TV. I love doing High, but the effect isn’t *quite* the same on my teeny phone screen.
Buggy app
This app is so buggy and won’t even let me log into my account half of the time. Plus Wilma customer support is horrible and never responds. It’s so unfortunate because I do love the workouts!
Love this workout app so much!
I have been using this workout app for years and I absolutely love it! Meg is an amazing trainer with workouts that are challenging but efficient for busy moms. Love the home and gym options. I love the challenges and nutrition components of the app as well. Couldn’t recommend this app enough!
The best pregnancy workout app!
WILMA is truly the best pregnancy workout app. I’ve loved following Meg along every week. The workouts are challenging and have helped me keep up my fitness throughout my pregnancy journey!
Positive and uplifting
I started Wilma at the being of my 2nd trimester with my 4th baby, I was doing another program that I loved pre pregnancy but was afraid I was going to loose all the muscle I had during my pregnancy. Wilma is amazing!!! I felt so strong and confident lifting weights in the gym my whole pregnancy. I loved the postpartum videos (which helped close my gap down to a 1 finger within 2 months of birth) and now that I am 6 months postpartum I retested my PR and my lower body is super close and all of my upper body improved. The icing on the cake is Meg herself. I absolutely love doing her follow along because she is so uplifting and positive. I feel like she is my best friend. She is so encouraging but definitely knows how to make you sparkle with sweat. Take it from someone who has tried multiple programs, Wilma is the best!
Amazing workouts + an even better community
I love this app for the workouts, but stay for the community! Meg does an incredible job at programming each work and providing a great variety of options. From cardio and weights to yoga and stretching, Wilma has you covered. But what I love most about Wilma is the genuine encouragement from Meg and the online community of likeminded people. It truly is something special!
