WHAT YOU'LL FIND WITH MOMSTRONG MOVE:

· FITNESS and WORKOUTS
HOME STRONG
Six 20-40 minute at-home workouts each week in both video and written form (two new workouts being added each week)!   Get in shape from the comfort of your own living room or take the app on the go. These workouts will cover total body and specific muscle groups each week to lead you toward your health and fitness goals. The only equipment you will ever need are two 5# dumbbells, two 10# dumbbells, a heavy resistance band, and a chair/step. Don't forget your water!
GYM STRONG
Six 40-60 minute gym workouts each week (with two new workouts being added each week). These workouts include step-by-step instructions/demonstration videos and include focused training on total body and specific muscle groups. All workouts are modifiable. All content is balanced for you to maximize your efforts and lead to greater results. Are you ready to crush your health and fitness goals? Let's do this.

· MOTIVATION
A motivational message or workout/nutritional tip each week, giving you just what you need to keep working toward your goals.
 
· PROGRESS
Track your progress each week, write down your personal weekly goals, and track your workouts to keep you motivated!

AMAZING WORKOUT APP!!

I have been using this app for 4 months now and I absolutely love it! I have always struggled with consistency when it comes to working out, but this app makes it so convenient to get quick, effective workouts in! Now I’ve been regularly working out 3-4x a week with the home workouts in this app and I’ve gotten so much stronger and am seeing definition in my muscles. Not only are Meg’s workouts fun and effective, but she is always so positive and fills you with messages of encouragement and light. She’s not that workout trainer focused on getting you a “bikini body”, but she helps you focus on your ENTIRE health— physical, mental, and emotional. I feel like she’s one of my friends and I get to work out with her every morning in my living room! LOVE LOVE LOVE her and these great workouts. It was the best investment for myself I could have ever made.

The BEST fitness app. Ever. (Seriously)

I’ve had Momstrong move for over a year and Meg is the most inspiring and encouraging trainer you could ever want. I’ve recommended the app to many friends and I always tell them that not only is it the best workout but I always feel so great afterwards, thanks to Meg and her positivity and motivation all through the workout. Not to mention that the workouts are 20-30 minutes which is the perfect amount of time. No excuses!!

Moves too fast at times

I’d like to think I am advanced when it comes to working out that’s why I’m surprised to say sometimes she counts too fast. I love her workouts however in the at home program her rep counting is always ridiculously fast. It’s always hard to determine when she wants you to start a new exercise with her or watch for an example as sometimes she will just continue counting reps when you thought she was giving an example. To improve the program I would say slow down the counting a bit and voice when you are showing example or starting a new exercise more. Overall it’s a great program, I just couldn’t help but notice.

Fantastic at home workouts

I’ve been doing Meg’s workouts for over a year and they were just what I was looking for. I want to work out at home with hand weights and body weight for about 30 minutes a day. She has so much variety in her workouts. I tell everyone I know to try these because they are so effective. She is a great trainer-I love how she says when she is tired but encourages me to keep going. She is like a friend who motivates me to work harder than I would on my own. Love it! If you are wary about going to the gym or just want to have a solid home workout, this is for you. You have a library of six workouts at a time so you can easily repeat multiple times a week and not get tired of it.

Challenging and flexible

I have been loving this app and exercise program. I subscribed to the gym and home plans. The home plans literally only require you to have light weight dumbbells, a chair, and band. That’s all they ever use. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a lot of the gym routines I can also do at home cause she heavily uses free weights there as well. My husband and I have invested quite a lot in our home gym so we have a treadmill, lots of free weights, and some other things like a bosu. So it happens frequently that one of the gym routines I can do all of it at my home which I like. With little babies I only get to the gym once a week. When I am at the gym I really like to focus on using equipment I don’t have access to at home so I frequently rearrange a gym routine and might add things to it that I like. But it’s nothing I would consider annoying or bothersome. It’s flexible which I like. I like how the workouts are written out in their entirety so I don’t have to watch the video typically. Some of the moves I need to go and find and watch how she does it. I actually prefer how in the gym section it’s not a whole continuous video it’s just a little clip of her demonstrating the exercise. One of my reservations about the program was that I wouldn’t have enough routines for a week given that with the gym routines some of them are on machines I don't always have access to. But when I signed up I immediately had access to three weeks worth of exercises and I have never run out of stuff to do. The home workouts generally are 30 minutes. I did a gym routine yesterday that I had done in just under 30. I usually exercise for a full hour. But I just went and found an arm circuit in one of the home gym routines and added it in. I feel like it’s a very flexible program and I can add to it or modify as I need. I’m 7 months postpartum and some of the core stuff I’m still working back into but I haven’t found it problematic to modify the exercises as I need. I do love that they are always different and my body really responds well to that variety and challenge. It’s definitely working well for me! One small criticism is the names of the exercises are not consistent. It happens rather frequently that an exercise is listed that I’m not familiar with and so I look it up only to find it is an exercise I know I’ve done on the app before. It’s always confusing and mildly annoying. I just wish they were better at keeping the names of the exercises consistent and call it just one thing rather than having multiple names for the same exercise.

LOVE THIS APP SOOOO MUCH

I’ve been a v busy college student for the last year and have a hard time finding time to exercise and go to the gym even though it’s so important for my mental health. I cannot say enough good things about this app!!! Meg is the most sincere and positive person ever and pushes me in the best way. The workouts are creative and doable but I am SORE after and feel like I’ve been worked. Also I love that they’re time convenient but I feel like I got my exercise for the day. Soooooo with it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Be Careful When You Cancel

I used this app for a month or so. The workouts were tough and well thought out. I enjoyed the challenge. However, my gym just started offering online workouts. I cancelled this membership so that I could try those ones out without paying for both. However, I cancelled half way through the month and my account went inactive immediately. I assumed since I paid for the entire month I could keep using my account until my month was up. I’m a little frustrated that I paid for an entire month and only got to use two weeks of it. So if you’re going to cancel, make sure that you do it right before your next month begins.

We've also fixed a bug which may have been making the audio on your Home Strong workouts very quiet.
