Docket® partners with public health heroes to make it easier than ever for you to access personal and family immunization records directly from Alaska Department of Health, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Minnesota Department of Health, New Jersey Department of Health, Utah Department of Health and Human Services, and Wyoming Department of Health. Track upcoming shots, review past immunizations, and share your official immunization reports. Alaska, Idaho, New Jersey, Utah, and Wyoming residents can access a SMART® Health Card vaccine credential QR code to facilitate travel to places with COVID-19 restrictions. Please stay tuned for announcements from other states. For more information about SMART® Health Cards, visit https://smarthealth.cards. Great way to track Records
Love Docket. Great way to keep track of all immunizations.
Big Brother
No one needs this app for the govt to monitor your life. Once downloaded it never goes away, even after deleting it.
Excellent!
I just found out about this app from a pharmacist! So cool! It is perfect & I can take it with me everywhere!
Imms
Great way to access my records and my children’s.
If it could provide added info
Maybe send me added hint on why I can’t find my info? It’s cumbersome app searching for my 17-year old’s current immunization records was futile. Asks for personal info which I provided but gosh, are you legit if you can’t find it or at least send me to the appropriate dept to assist me id the problem

So fast and easy!
Getting starts is unnecessarily hard
Docket clearly knows clicking get started link doesn’t work, offers a workaround that doesn’t work and then you can try a second workaround. If you use the second workaround you cannot change that information if Apple defaults to an email don’t want use, so pay attention better than I did. App developers responded, they are able to use their own program, but they’d like to dig in. Also, the developers responded the app presents “alternative login options,” not workarounds. If the first login option worked alternative options wouldn’t be necessary.
We squashed some pesky bugs.
