Just not up to standard
Clunky, hard to use and doesn’t have the functionality I feel I need. I should be able to easily navigate an app about my own health and I should be able to schedule any type of appointment, including sick visits through it. This app is just not the answer.

I love this portal!!! It’s so convenient. So trustworthy. So easy to get in touch with your medical team and leave messages or ask questions. They usually say that you’ll get a response within 48 hours, but for the most part, I get a response within a few hours.

So I ended up in the hospital for a condition that requires daily physical testing and having the myPennapp is great. They’ll draw blood in the AM and before the doctors even make their rounds I have the test results on my phone already, just so there’s no big surprises at least. You can make doctor appointments in minutes. It’s great! I recommend any Penn patient download the app either just for a PC or even for your smartphone.
