Can't see all my prescriptions
The app really needs help... I can't see all my scripsts. And the app doesn't recognize script numbers even if I've ordered them before. Please fix this app. Walgreens made it so easy, almost wishing I hadn't switched.

This app is really terrible and not as advertised at all. I installed it because ‘transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy’ wasn't working on the website and the app advertises you can do that in it but its not even there. The app is just basically an even more malfunctioning version of the website. This should not be in App Store at all.

I used to be able to reorder pills directly from the app. Now my prescriptions are disappearing from my list and even though I have refills remaining, it won’t let me order the refill. I have to either call or go to the website.

I go to Meijers because prescriptions are at a better cost to me, and I like Meijers. I switched from CVS because their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. However, their app is so much more user friendly than this one. Please update and work on it. I can’t even see all my prescriptions or history to know when an upcoming refill is. I really like Meijers, the app leaves a lot to be desired.
