Can't select providers after update
I was able to select providers not long ago. Now it shows them as available, but none of them show a button to select them as a provider, in their profile or on the list, despite them accepting the plan. I am in the provider preferences. Before the update, this sent me to a list of doctors to choose from. Now it sends me to the "Find a Provider" page, which never allowed selecting providers to begin with. And I still have to Google providers to see where they work. This app's even more useless now.
Slow and can’t find providers updated information
Trying to find a provider to the app is absolutely horrendous, you got three pages and pages call the number and givenOn the information page and get told that they haven’t been there for a while or they moved offices. This app and it’s UI is absolutely horrible
Pricey
The app is free. The insurance is ridiculously expensive. Buy a house or have health insurance. The choice is yours. Healthcare or home ownership?
Providing, incorrect provider information
I was provided with incorrect provider information through a link they sent to find in-network primary care doctor and physical therapist and once I had made appointments and seen the doctors when the claims were sent for my visits it was denied and waited till I called to inform that the provider informed sent to me was incorrect. Now still even after the mistake and miscommunication expect me the patient to go through the repealing process to except the claims, also I’m now put in a position to find another primary care physician and another physical therapist that’s actually in network. Who knows can’t trust Blue Cross as I was initially given wrong information. What’s the guarantee that this is NOT going to happen again. I’m very disappointed.
