Special features include: • GPS enabled turn-by-turn navigation to UNC Health Care locations • Find a convenient parking spot and set a parking reminder at UNC Medical Center and UNC REX Healthcare • Real-time indoor step-by-step directions to get you to where you need to go at UNC Medical Center and UNC REX Healthcare • Sign up or connect with My UNC Chart to make an appointment and for appointment reminders • Get in line for an on demand Virtual Care Now video visit with a UNC Health primary care provider 6 a.m. – 10 p.m 7 days per week, 365 days per year, without leaving your home or office. NOTE: This will not be your own primary care or specialist provider. • Find a Doctor: find information about more than 3000 UNC Health Care providers • Pay your bill online • Subscribe to UNC Health Talk to get free health tips and patient stories once a month
Out of date system
Need to updated and shouldn’t have to put my username and password over and over again just to get sent to a two way authentication every time. That’s not even the biggest problem the app has issues I’ll sign all the way in then it’ll just freeze so then I got to close app and do all over again & I do that a about 4 or 5 times before I finally get into the app. Just terrible experience and service and needs to do better

Kind of pointless of an app. They are to push everyone to the app but to do anything in the app. Every thing you do in it is just a web browser and keeps asking me to log in. Why even bother when its just a wrapper for the website.

I try to pay my bill online after receiving a bill in the mail and it tell me I have no bills. This app is very useless to me why even have it. The app is so complicated you can’t find nothing that you’re looking for.

The app does not connect you to your health info. You still have to go online to see your appointments and lab results. The app provides directions to the clinic and saves your parking spot. There are plenty of other apps that do that better.
