As Close To Unusable As It Can Get

There’s no way to ask any questions and no explanation regarding how to use the app, even after upgrading. Save your money and use a pencil and paper.

Great app if you upgrade

You can absolutely follow this whole program easily without upgrading. I understand the concern of the guy below but it's well worth the upgrade. I have gained 20 pounds of muscle since I started 6 months ago. So you tell me. Would you pay $2.99 to gain 20 pounds of muscle? For me, it was an incredible return on investment!!
