Keeps me pain free

This app has been incredibly helpful. It is quick, so I do it regularly. Sometimes I fall off the wagon and stop. Then, my lower back starts to hurt and I get back in the habit. I just took a 4 week trip with lots of riding in cars - usually a very bad idea for me - and I’ve been fine, thanks to RELIGIOUSLY doing my exercises. Thank you!
