Motivating and always challenges me
Alexis Clark is motivating and challenges me to stretch myself. I may not do exercise correctly 1st round but I get there and it builds my confidence!
Amazing workout app - no additional cardio needed
I’ve been working out for about 8 years now. I used to have a personal trainer at the gym. I started following these workouts at home with minimal equipemnt during the pandemic and honestly, I’m never going back to the gym. This app has it all: daily workouts that constantly change, making things exciting every day. On top of that, you won’t need to add cardio to your routine - this app includes cardio exercises within each workout. And that’s honestly the best things ever - especially if you’re like me and absolutely hate cardio :)

I love this app. It’s easy to use, easy to follow, and there’s so much variety in every workout. You’re never bored. I love that she models each exercise and has verbiage to help walk you through. She has amazing meal plans to help keep you on track that are delicious and actually made for smaller servings- which I love. Who knew that working out at home could be so challenging and yet so rewarding through an app. By far the best $$ I’ve spent on myself every month.

Never boring
I love this app! Alexia is so thoughtful in the different exercises in each circuit. The monthly challenges are awesome! There’s something for everybody at any level. Even if you miss a day or two you can always go back and do it at your own pace. She engages with you thru the app or her IG. You’ll never be bored!
