I canceled this app on 1/6/22. I have an email from the company stating that that my request to cancel had been received. I just found a debit on my cc for 1/6/24 for $75.00 from The Pretty Muscles corp. Do you’re self a favor and don’t fall for this scam.

I downloaded the app back in 2020 for the free trial but cancelled before any membership. Or so I thought. No subscription shows on my Apple ID, and I do not have the app but they have been charging me $75.99 (probably every year) since 2020!! I just happen to be looking for a different charge when I saw this charge pending. I go online and there is NO way to view your account. So beware that once they get your payment info from Apple,they will keep charging you even after you cancel.

Please know that if you sign up for a 1 year subscription that you will be automatically billed again for the next year. You will not receive an email or any type of communication stating that they are charging your credit card. Also, if you do decide to cancel, you’re out the entire sub fee, it will not be pro-rated. Very disappointed!

I love this app! I've tried a few different workout apps & this one is by far the best. The workouts are super varied, so I never feel bored. They're also challenging & fun & extremely time efficient. I love the voice over feature where Erin explains proper form...I find this to be game changing as far as making sure each move is effective. You also have the option to mute so you can listen to whatever you want. Most importantly I'm seeing great results! I can't recommend this program enough.

I was bored within one week, nothing new to look at even during a challenge. Maybe most activity is on a private fb page. They eneded up being extremely self absorbed rather than motivating.

For the past week I haven’t even been able to open the app- it always shuts down before I can access any workouts. Really frustrating after working out consistently with the program and then losing steam due to not being able to access.

I had so many issues with the subscription I purchased. Multiple weeks of emails with the help email. The classes are ok but they are looped. Erin doesn’t even do 15 reps with us before it loops. The warm up and cool downs are all the same, I could repeat what she was going to say after 2 times. Everything is duplicated. New moves aren’t introduced before you are instructed to do them.
