I’ve been continually impressed over the last year and a half how much I enjoy these workouts! Can’t recommend this program enough.
Good program terrible interface
I love the Pvolve method but the app does not permit searching based on level of difficulty or functional limitations. I recently hurt my knee in a fall and can’t search for sessions that do not require kneeling for example. The UX is clunky, where are the human factors experts on the design team?
Deleted all my other fitness apps
I listened to Rachel speak on the skinny confidential podcast, I decided to give a workout a try with my free trial. I’m officially deleting all my other workout apps and sticking with Pvolve. I’m a yoga teacher who also loves to lift weights, but this method is magic for the mind & body. Excited to see where I’ll be in a few months! Thank you for creating such a GENIUS workout method for women. 🤍

Teacher finally working out!!
As a 58 year old teacher finding the time and energy to work out was so hard! Along came PVolve! I’m working out 5 days a week, feeling and looking the best I have in years. i love pvolve have been ssoung them as everyday workouts since 2020 and it's great. i did notice lately that there have been less short workouts which is a bummer. i love working out but sometimes need short quick workouts as opposed to longer ones given the amount of time i have. but otherwise love it. helps me feel flexible and strong.
