Love this app!

This app is the only reason I actually exercise everyday! The 5-minute sessions are a genius idea - long enough to get you moving but short enough that you can fit it in easily everyday! I love that it tracks your progress and it’s simple and easy to use. There’s enough variety and challenge to keep you learning and growing but there’s also super easy options for beginners.

Enjoyable

This app is great for when you just want a quick stretch or to focus. I add it on after my weightlifting days. I also use it in lieu of a full workout sometimes.
