Great app, but really wish I log future meals
Love that there is no calorie counting! This app would be perfect if I could also add meals ahead of time. Planning what I’m going to eat ahead of time is a critical part of my health plan and it seems like this might be easy to allow this option.
Mindful, not obsessive
As someone who has both a history of disordered eating and ongoing health concerns that require lifestyle monitoring, this app is amazing. I can define my own goals and whether I'm in alignment; enjoy the benefits of mindfully tracking food & movement without obsessing over calories or macros; stay in touch with how I'm feeling, not just what the app dictates is "healthy"; change my focus at any time; and overall stay mindful of my lifestyle choices without straying into disordered thinking. The only thing I wish the app enabled is recording mindfulness sessions (or other custom habits outside of the presets), but even without that, I'm beyond satisfied with this app. Worth the subscription.
Mindful eating is a GAME CHANGER!
I have been using the ATE app for several years and it has helped me to eat more mindfully and to keep my weight stable…., truly a game changer that I am grateful for! Thank you ATE! 😄
Great tracking app without all the tediousness
App is great! Please add a snapshot of my weight, blood pressure overtime. Especially as a paid app, trends over time is a important. Will change to 5 stars once implemented.
