I had no idea where to start or how to start again after being Dorman for about 5 years, until I found this app it’s very specific and clear gives you a daily workout and tracks what you have done !

Difficult to use
There are no instructions verbally, which means that while you’re down on the floor, doing the exercise, you’re trying to read and follow the picture. No music and no guidance. Also no place to contact the developers to ask questions. Also no way to go back to day one, if you would like to repeat that workout you can’t. It forces you to day 2. I just hit app support. It was a blank page b
It was great and it helped me stretch my muscles. I definitely recommend this!

I haven’t started this yet. I am going on a 10 day vacation alone for my 43rd bday. It’s taking everything in means I want to be mentally, physically, emotionally, ready to do something I’ve never done. So I will let you know in a week if it took and how that looks….
