UI is borderline broken on iPhone 14+ Pro Max
Prompts will come up with an X on the upper right to dismiss, but they’ll be extremely hard to dismiss because the UI elements from the top bar are almost entirely covering the buttons. It’s been like this since seemingly forever, and apparently they haven’t done anything about it.

I have an iPhone and I use the app frequently and enjoy the convenience. However, when I first open the app or when I go check in for curbside pickup I can’t seem to select the X to close the ad. I have to either select order now on the ad or close the app completely just to do what I want. Please update and move the X or have the ad on a short timer to disappear.

The radio button are so small. I too often order the wrong thing because it’s so difficult to touch the right thing and read the order. Not the best ui/ux experience. Especially because avoidable human error creates wasted money

The fatal flaw of this app is the pop-ups. You think "Hey, I want some Whataburger!" and open up the app only for a full-screen advertisement to take over, stopping you from ordering what you want. There is no way to dismiss the advertisement other than starting a new order, even if you already had one! This breaks the app entirely since you have one populated order you can't reach and one blank one you can't remove, and all it does is throw up "System Error" until you completely delete it from your device. I'm already in your app. Stop with the intrusive marketing, your task at this point is to make my patronage as convenient, smooth, and pleasurable as possible. Go to marketing and slap some sense into them!

Was offered a free burger if I downloaded and ordered on the app. Downloaded it and ordered twice. Never got the reward. I went to the restaurant twice as opposed to another restaurant I prefer because I thought it would be cheaper. They totally lied to me. In addition the restaurant was incredibly slow run down and disgusting.
