Consistently puts the order at a different store. There is no way to cancel. More than once I’ve had to pay for something I never got.

I just want food. The food is good. I always have to fight this app to get it to work if it works at all. Automatically logs me out, login not working, change password… the password I just input doesn’t work to get in after changing it. Great. Tried logging in on their website and it works, on the app it doesn’t. Curious. Try again in a few weeks, it lets me in, I get the order ready… “payment transaction failed”. Try a preloaded visa. “Payment transaction failed”. Order something from another place with no issues and leave my very first review on an App Store, right now. There were other issues and this is just a snippet of a long running saga. You can go in person, but messing with the app is just a waste of energy.

I think the app has potential and I would use it. I was going to place an order for my family but had to delete the order because I could not edit the chicken sandwich or the spicy chicken sandwich to add cheese to them. Why isn’t it possible to add cheese on this app? I looked thoroughly thru and could not do it. I could of changed other stuff like no tomatoes or add extra sauce but there is no way to add cheese to the chicken sandwiches. Can you either fix that or if there is some secret to this, please tell. Thanks

Through the small amount of times ive used this app almost all of it ended up with some missing items, or the drivers actually eating the food, but unlike this app you can report issues in doordash or which ever home delivery app you use. And to be quite frank i dont believe the rewards are worth it. But hey you do you

Ever since the $0.59 burger promotion, this app has not worked. I cannot login with my Google account. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and still can’t sign in. Any attempt in doing so just kicks me out of the sign in page. Tried signing up for a new account with Google, same thing. Get kicked out of the sign up page. Please fix this.
