Poor treatment and bad customer service
Idk what happened to this store Kids working not knowing what to do Charging extra for EVERYTHING!!! Even extra sauces on the larger and multiple orders Running people thru the drive thru quick for timer …and having them wait in front for over 20 min. Customer service and service in general went wayyyy down hill Upgraded the building yet poor service will bankrupt y’all real quick

I love the DQ in Robinson, TX. It is always clean and well managed. The staff is well trained and very professional even with the fact that they all are very young. A good staff begins with a good manager and apparently the manager there is very in tune with the staff. Kuddos to DQ manager and staff at DQ Robinson

On Saturday, April 13 at 7:57 PM I purchase three of the ghost tacos got home opened up my box and my bag. My tacos were not filled with enough lettuce and tomatoes. They were dry. I had no sauce they didn’t offer any type of sauce for them, and it was supposed to be ghost pepper cheese. I never tasted the ghost pepper cheese, my french fries that I got on the side they were cold because I started eating them on the way home so the whole meal was absolute bust for today. I will never get those ghost tacos and french fries again from Dairy Queen.
