This app feels like they just packaged the website in a browser. It doesn’t properly maintain my log in info. While trying to place an order I keep getting offers that interrupt my flow and send me away from checkout. Bad design.

I’ve been using the Freebirds loyalty app for over 10 years! I was around when they would send you free gifts like hats, glasses, flashlights, etc. FOR FREE! Just for being a customer. But it has gotten worse, way worse. The app used to be cooler and there was a really cool title rank you could get which mines says “legend” now. But thats not really care about now. But not only have they taken away many of the rewards like having a item on the menu named after you, the entire vibe has just gone in the trash. As a former freebirds employee i got to see a backdoor of how much they only care about money. Everything is either frozen or quickly made, the decorations became “family friendly” it used to be a lot more grunge or hippie like. But the greed it awful, a free burrito reward 5-10 years ago was 100 points which is roughly a dollar a point. Few years ago it went to 120 points for a free burrito… NOW its 170 points for a free burrito THATS ALMOST $200 of food just for a free burrito which when i worked here so much food was wasted at closing in the trash. But you have to blow more money just for something that would be in a trash can. Freebirds has sadly forgotten their rad roots. 🥲plz stop the greed

I don’t often write app reviews. It has to be really good, or really bad. This one was enough for me to abort even buying food from here and I went somewhere else. Far to complicated for mobile. Small buttons, too many popups, too many clicks. Forces you to plug in a phone number up front but if your number is already linked, it’s a hard stop. Cannot move forward, cannot select use previous into. Finally got past that, but had to complete order three times dude to crashes and hangs. Absolutely egregious. Needs new XD, devs that can design for failure and a complete rethink of the user experience.

I love Freebirds and can still use my rewards when I check out, but the app won’t let me sign in because it keeps telling me to “check the terms and conditions.” No matter how many times I click on the terms and conditions, it still won’t let me log in to use the app so I have to use the website if I want to order online. Highly frustrating.

Love this restaurant but can’t get into the app cuz every time I try to log in it tells me to look at the terms and conditions. I’ve even tried looking at and scrolling through the terms and conditions and then trying to log in but it doesn’t work. I can log in through the website but it would be much more convenient if I were able to use the app.
