I love Specs, I don’t like the app. Many times I attempt to open the app and it just doesn’t. Other things I dislike: 1. The sound when you open the app. Why? Such a waste. When I’m listening to music the stupid sound takes over my speaker and it is just annoying. No other app I use does this. 2. Location switching. This is so clunky. Why not have it like other big retailers (Lowe’s, Home Depot) if it isn’t available have a button where you can select nearby stores. Instead I have to go to the home page, switch the store, search for what I’m looking for. If I can’t find at the updated store, then I have to repeat the above steps for every store close to me.

I have constant issues with this app glitching and not working right. I just updated the app & now the app won’t work at all, it starts to load then crashes and the app closes so it is completely unusable now.

Turns sideways on the iPad, so that’s useless. On the iPhone, after you log in, it tells you no store is available and does nothing else, so useless there, too. Guess using their poor website is the only method that actually works, when it does work. What a mess. Hire some technical people if you intend to run an online business of any kind!
