Error validating basket
I keep getting an error validating basket message whenever I try to add more sauce and pay extra for it with my order. I also can’t add any sides or rolls either. It doesn’t make any sense. I can only order the entree through the app and then go inside the store to pay for all the sides and sauces that I want. It doesn’t make any sense.
Good but dizzy
It’s hard to read the words because the background is moving and makes your eyes dizzy

Terrible Food
Okra was so dry and old it must have sat all day long in a warmer. I was missing my rolls and the wings were so nasty they could not be eaten. Same thing with the fries. This is the second time trying this place and it has been terrible both times. Really such a waste of money.
Doesn’t work
I figured I’d try to order from the app. The layout is terrible and you’re basically hitting a back button after every choice. Terrible layout. Then I finally hit submit order,. And I get a notification that it can’t be processed that I need to call the store. However at the same time my bank app lets me know I was charged. I went to the store and they said “it should drop the charge after 24 hours”. I love the food,. But golden chick needs to hire the Sonic app creator.
Couldn’t even place an order
I tried placing an order on both a web browser and even downloaded the app because I thought it was just a glitch on the browser, but I got an “error validating bag” notification both times. Please fix this.
