Aside from the fact that I have not received any points for the last dozen purchases, there is no way to contact anyone about support for the app.

Great security to send me a one time password, but in this app, the submit button is hidden on my IPhone. It’s a dead end. Frustrating after customizing my salads. :(

I love sweetgreen as a healthy option that tastes fantastic. However, I don’t appreciate that delivery is handled by DoorDash. I don’t particularly support their business model of ripping off their “independent contractors.” You might want to consider bringing your app team in house as well, the UX leaves a lot to be desired. It’s confusing when ingredients are out of stock. More frustrating, when the app updates it seems to clear out all of your saved defaults leading to e.g. inadvertently placing orders for pick up that were intended to be delivery.

Not able to log in on iPhone SE because not able to hit enter after putting in the email verification code. Bad developers. Not able to close keyboard to press enter/continue. Fix it.

Not sure why this app has so many positive reviews, it’s very slow, glitches frequently, and the UI is surprising convoluted for such a simple task.

I attempted to cancel my order as I realized the app was using to location from the last time I ordered with SG. I immediately followed the steps to cancel (before even receiving the confirmation that my order had been received). The app did not permit me to cancel and calling the DuPont location only allowed for voice prompts, not a person to connect with directly. I then placed the same order for the College Park location b/c that’s where I was located and after placing the 2nd order, I did receive a confirmation. At little frustrated to say the least because now I have to drive into the city and try to find parking, to pickup a salad. Just so it doesn’t go to waste.
