I downloaded the app thinking I’d be able to view and edit my coffee subscription, view past orders and track my shipments but alas it only is for in-store orders. I can view my account but it is missing the “subscription” page and does not list my past orders in “recent orders”.

This app has been out for years and only has 2 almost 3 major versions? Need new features. You can order *everything* from this app remotely but not have it delivered on Postmates/caviar. You can have hot drinks delivered on Postmates but not hot food?? Doesn’t make sense. HUGE $$$ loss product management and sales… This app should have a favorites or most ordered section. I assume people are usually in a hurry and don’t want to scroll down extra pagination to find their same daily order. Either be smart and code better or be lazy and just create a new tab with customer selected favorites. You should be able to customize items (ie, no wasteful hot sauce I won’t eat), too. Please try harder. You’re not an independent company anymore. You have the funds for a better app and smarter marketing that should recognize ordering all items on Postmates is a net positive. Other restaurants have this working, time to put on some big kid pants and do this.

This app completely hides the clock and wireless signal information. It’s almost impressive because I’ve never seen an app do this that isn’t a game, so they seem to be going to extra lengths to make the phone less usable while this app is open.
