Website is awful!
If you do not use the app and try to use the website on Safari, good luck and bring your patience. My recommendation is only use the app and use the website in Chrome. Even in Chrome it is temperamental! Enjoyed our first basket but may cancel if the issues with getting into the app continue.

I’m rating the app here. It is constantly telling me to check my internet connection and using the support feature is very buggy. There’s an accessibility button right in the text window so you cannot see what you are typing. Lately I cannot authenticate to chat with some other new message about checking my connection, so therefore I cannot get help. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with my connection and countless other apps on my phone. It seems that they resolve one bug and create two more.

Sunbasket meals and options are great. I’ve tried other meal prep delivery services and meals were too salty. Based on my experience of trying their “Fresh and Ready meals they are not too salty. For meals to be cooked with fresh ingredients, all of the ingredients are in one bag. Includes seasoning packets for meals you cook with their ingredients (meats, vegetables, etc.). For my needs, this saves money. Pre-measured seasoning packets are provided that are called for in recipe. Portion size per serving is perfect. Just the right amount. Nutritional values provided help me stay on track to lose weight. Variety of meal types, Keto, Mediterranean, Vegan, etc. “Variety is spice of life”. I also love the fact that the foods are organic. Fresh and Ready meals are not processed. They are fresh. Since I started ordering from Sunbasket, I’ve time, monev, and enjoying healthy and nutritious meals. Customer Service is excellent!
