Decent app with issues reviewing meals
For the most part the app works well and gets the job done. The major flaw I run into has to do with reviewing meals. It doesn’t seem to save reviews. Additionally reviewing the current week is hidden. There is a workaround for this but it’s non-obvious. Fix the review thing and this could easily be a 5 star app.

I’ve been using this app for years, and it’s one of my least favorite every week. It’s slow, filled with unnecessary garbage, and seems to get worse with every update. Cook Unity support is mediocre at best, the meal portions have gotten insanely small, they’ve replaced every fish meal with cheap shrimp, and the delivery drivers are often rude and come at 8am (but can show up ANY TIME between 8am and 8pm). Will absolutely be switching meal services soon.

I spent a good 10 minutes picking out my meals for the week. When I went to “checkout” or confirm my meals it removed everything from my cart. Now when I try and go back to select what I’d like to order it won’t even add it. I’m on the latest version and restarted the app a few times now to try and get it to work. After attempting to order 3 times the 3rd time I still got a blank screen when ready to confirm but the order summary was available and I was able to confirm a blank screen. The home page then loaded my order. Hopefully it worked! I also tried to filter all the meals by a protein and the app just crashes. Overall it’s usually an OK experience. It is a little finicky/glitchy at times.

CookUnity has been by far the best meal service out there! They have the most options of any service I’ve tried and the quality is truly out of this world and unexpected. They also use real chefs and chef teams that get a % of revenue which is awesome as well.
