Can't use in store //limited menu through app
Subscribed for a month. Canceled the same Day. Can't use QR code in store - you have to order through the app which is fiddly (2 apperrors just trying to order 1 coffee) and Does not have the full menu of what is in store. For example, only has full sandwiches, not half.

I ve do enjoy using the app as it is convenient when I’m running short on time & need to order so I can quickly pick up and be on my way. Though I can say I’ve become a little frustrated in the fact that one, you can really favorite a location for quicker selection or when the gps doesn’t accurately show what’s closer. I also feel it doesn’t accurately show what that location has available. There have been times I went to order ahead and wanted something that said it was available only to go to pick up to find that it’s not so I have to choose something else, which is fine but there’s the issue on if I didn’t want anything, there’s no way for them to refund you back. You have to email the customer service which is its own issues. Lastly, why get rid of Apple Pay when you still have Google Pay listed as a payment option? I have to add my card and use a portal to pay which honestly is not more effective or secure in my opinion. It also takes so long for it to load. So it’s not really convenient anymore.

I just received a message on my phone that my Club Pret card will no longer be supported in Apple Wallet and I will be required to access my QR code only in the Pret app. This is a huge step backwards and a big mistake. If you want people to interact with your app more, pulling your rewards card out of Apple Wallet is not the way to do it. It is so convenient for your customers to be able to pull up their Pret card simply by opening the wallet app. It’s no different than having a card on your keychain. I want all my cards in one place, not scattered in various apps on my phone. And what about Apple Wallet support on my Apple Watch? Please reconsider this monumental mistake and take into account how it will affect so many of your regular customers on a day to day basis.

I want to order from penn station LLR. Even with search function and put in key words I can pull up the shop. The app needs a proper check on store search function!
