Downloaded and installed. Created account. Scanned receipts. Seemed fine. Next time I opened the ap it wants me to create an account. Attempted to login it says account already exists. Of course it does. Error message say I need to login but there is no option to login. Only migration, which forces creation of new account. Or create a new account. Both options are the same. No way to login.
United StatesDoesn’t credit points or visits half the time
I enjoy Hooters and when I found out that you can get points and earn free appetizers by scanning your receipt I was pleased. I’ve been scanning the barcode on my receipts for years. But in the last year or so, about ever other or about every two out of three receipts I’ve been getting a message that the number I entered is a duplicate. So, no points and no credit towards the next reward. I’ve sent a message to their support and they were able to credit me the points but the couldn’t credit me for the visit so I’m no closer to the free appetizer. Personally, the points are useless without the credit for the visit. You need to fix this problem!!!! Get it fixed and I’m willing to rate the app 4 or 5 stars. I have used it for online ordering and had no issues. It was great during the pandemic, but it’s useless in my eyes if you are eating in the store.

I know there’s a migration to something different. When I enter my email to migrate, email is in use and logon instead. So it’s useless to me now because I can’t use it because it does not give me an option to login.

- Not user friendly in regards to adding rewards to a cart. - All food options not available… ie deserts - Cant do the curbside through the app to notify them that you’re on the way or arrived - Works sometimes: doesn’t work 2 hours before closing - Points dont automatically show if ordered through the app
