Glitchy app. Crashes a lot. Difficult to sign in to redeem promotional coupons. Do not use this app . It is a horrible app and a waste of time. Just walk in to your BR and order.

The ice cream is amazing, but the app is the ice cream equivalent of a quart of freezer burned Blue Bunny vanilla. If you want to order cakes, pies, or Polar Pizzas, it’s serviceable. But forget about pre-ordering milkshakes, sundaes, or even scoops of ice cream (you know, the items that most casual ice cream fans buy most frequently. And as for any kind of points or rewards program? Forget about it. Even Tom Carvel thinks this app is way behind the times. My theory is that they don’t really want you to use the app unless you’re pre-ordering a big item requiring 48 hours prep time. The times per year where I’d actually need that are so infrequent that it’s not even worth having the app on my phone. What a wasted opportunity by Baskin Robbins to reach everyday customers.

I downloaded this app and it’s pretty useless. Had to go to the website to sign up in the first place and then can’t actually use the rewards or coupons since the app won’t let me log in to my account. When you click to log in it just takes you back to whatever tab you were previously on (order/location/deals/ect). No actual login page which is frustrating to say the least

Tried to setup the app based off of an email I got for 50% off sundaes. After a lot of time spent, even the staff couldn’t figure out how to get what I was seeking. So they just gave my half off. The app never offered the advertised offer within it as stated. Next time it will be easier to go to grocery store and get the ice cream.

This app refuses to load at random times. Came in 20 minutes before closing at a shop thinking it was no biggie because it takes like 3 minutes to get a scoop and get checked out. I wanted to use the 31% off coupon that’s only available on the 31st day of a month and only available on the app. Got rang up and when I pulled out my phone to get the coupon the app refused to load. I really wanted to use the coupon because it’s only available at a specific time. No joke, the app took 13 minutes to load!!! Because it was close to closing the service wasn’t very nice to begin with but after waiting I literally was getting death stares from the employees. This is not the only time it’s refused to load. There’s literally a “how-to” video on YouTube explaining how to fix this issue. I don’t understand why BR doesn't just fix their app. The coupons are also terrible because even though I waited all that time for the app to load the coupon had already expired 😐 So I wasted mine and the employees times. I also tried to use my birthday coupon before it expired, but even though the coupons say they’re good until a certain day they expire ON THAT DAY instead of still being available for that day. For example, my birthday coupon expired on Feb 2nd but when I came in on Feb 2nd to get the scoop the coupon had already expired.
