Email addresses are not secure
While changing my password and typing in my email the autofill feature brought up the full email addresses of other account holders. Will be deleting my account.
Slow people
Yall need to learn how to teach your workers. They don’t give you everything you order online. I thought maybe it was just my luck but it happens everytime. No sides, sauce, drink, etc. We pay extra so we get extra.

Unusable
Just updated the app on 4/25 and now I cannot login anymore, resetting my password didn’t solve the issue. I normally order from here quite often but since the app I broken now I guess I won’t be ordering from Red Robin anymore 🤷🏻♂️

Recently when trying to us the app to order delivery I choose the address and get an error. It’s a saved address I’ve used many times before. FRUSTRATING.
Rewards Lost!
I have a rewards account with Red Robin. I have been going for a while now and can only afford to go sparingly (eating out gets pretty spendy no matter where I go, but especially at a nice sit-down place like Red Robin). Anyway, yesterday I opened my app and it had me log in again, which I was fine with. What was odd about it though, is the fact that it asked for my birthday when I’ve had that on my account already for over a year. I added my birthday and everything looked fine. My account looked as it always has with three of my kids birthdays added to it as well. This morning, however, I opened the app to find all of the birthdays gone, including my own. Not only that, but the rewards I had built up from past orders were gone. Yesterday, I was 3 orders away from a free item, not counting the meal I had with my family that very evening. This morning, when I should have seen it update to “2 orders away,” I found my account progress reset! What is going on? What happened to my rewards points? What happened to my account? It appears as if I have a brand new account with no history.
