Very convenient, but man do I hate that they now have an automated service line to take orders. I just want to talk to someone in the store 🤦🏾😢

First it won’t take my perfectly entered card information so I switch to Apple Pay. Then it won’t accept my order because I haven’t entered a “valid last name”??? I even typed in Smith to see if it just thought my name was fake but no matter what same thing.

Same problem every time, and I even try changing my password but it won’t change. Because it wouldn’t let me sign in I couldn’t use my rewards and coupons!!

I really like that they have the pictures but there are options, that can be done in person, but they don’t have the availability on the app. One thing that is really annoying is that there is an option for bacon or sausage one of the specialty slams but when you try to choose sausage, it is not available. It only says bacon, turkey bacon, ham, or nothing. Yet the title says choose bacon or sausage.🤷♀️
