Disappointed
I am disappointed that with no notice there is now a fee to have delivery. Unfortunately, what will happen is people will stop tipping their drivers - which isn’t fair to them.. I will definitely not be ordering as often since it is now quite pricey. I already pay a fee to have prime. At this rate.. It would be cheaper to go through instacart!

I don’t think you should have integrated prime now into the core app. The functionality is not there. The app isn’t as user friendly. Poor business decision. Time to use Walmart instead.

So hard to get delivery. When it’s available it’s always late at night. And for SOME reason, they think it’s a great idea to ring the doorbell late at night with my kids sleeping and 2 dogs barking. Now everyone is awake in the house. They used to be a lot better. Times used to be more widely available.

Bad move forcing us to use the regular prime app and now charging $10 for WF delivery on ALL orders no matter the amount spent. You’re taking away key benefits that make the monthly prime fee worth it for those of us that don’t use the main prime benefits much. We know you’re making a killing especially off the pandemic. $$$ So now you’ve stopped takeout delivery, WF delivery, 2 hour delivery and the now removing the dedicated app (which btw worked much better than screwing around with the main app). What benefits will you give people now to replace what you’re taking away expecting customers to pay the same fee? Free Twitch gaming loot? Option to pay even more for premium video to see anything worthwhile? Might as well just cancel prime and use another delivery service so we can customize the fees we’re paying for things that are beneficial.
