Amazon has got great variety of products at competitive prices but getting the things delivered is really a headache, moreover their customer care has no control on anything and would just write an email for everything which does not help anyone. Deliveries are always late, at odd times, not at right location and many more such issues. I would recommend a local vendor even if he charges a little extra.

( easy accessible address) No way to call or discuss with any one only fixed answers we will look into it. Poor service and can’t depend upon them for important work. Not customer friendly and responsible.

The app itself is good in most parts and works as expected; although obtaining customer service could have been better placed in the menu tree. The updates on shipping usually bereft of valuable information to the customer. While the app is not a deal breaker; Amazon on delivery experience at Vadodara certainly has been. The delivery agent consistently lies about being unable to deliver without even attempting delivery. After multiple instances of failed deliveries, cancellations and unkept customer support promises, I have switched to Flipkart now from Amazon.
